About the Role

Xterior Pros is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our full digital marketing operations, including advertising, SEO, tracking, funnel optimization, and reporting.

This is a performance-driven role focused on online lead generation for local service businesses. You must be able to independently plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with measurable outcomes.

What success looks like (first 90 days)

  • Core campaigns live across Google and Meta with structured testing plans.
  • Conversion tracking implemented and validated (GA4, GTM, lead events).
  • Foundational SEO tasks executed and priority fixes identified.
  • Weekly reporting cadence established (CPL, ROAS, lead volume, conversions).

Role & Responsibilities

This is an advanced, hands-on digital role. You will be responsible for managing campaigns, tracking, SEO, and reporting across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Execute structured testing methods for creative, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical updates.
  • Implement on-page and local SEO to support lead generation for local services.
  • Set up and troubleshoot GA4, GTM, and Search Console; create custom events and goals.
  • Build and optimize landing pages and funnels focused on conversion performance.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and deliver weekly KPI summaries.
  • Manage CRM pipelines, automations, and follow-up workflows for inbound leads.
  • Coordinate basic creative production for ads and landing pages (copy, briefs, simple assets).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • 2+ years running Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).
  • 2+ years running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets between $2,000–$10,000 per month.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong understanding of SEO (technical, on-page, and local).
  • Experience building and optimizing landing pages or funnels for lead generation.
  • Strong English copywriting and communication skills.
  • Diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.

Compensation

CAD $32/hour, 30 hours/week. Stat holidays per BC standards.

Location & Schedule

Victoria, BC. Weekday core hours; hybrid work available after onboarding.
