Exterior Cleaning Contractor
- • $150/day trial, then $200–$300/day after qualification

Role & Responsibilities (Contractor)
You’ll complete exterior cleaning jobs safely, professionally, and on schedule. Ideal for experienced contractors who can work independently and uphold quality standards with customers on-site.
Core Tasks
- Roof moss removal, soft-wash roof cleaning (no granular shingle damage)
- Gutter cleaning, downspout flush & minor debris clearing
- Exterior window cleaning and siding soft-wash
- Jobsite setup/teardown, site protection & customer communication
- Before/after photos & basic job reporting via phone
- Safe ladder use, fall-protection where required, follow SOPs
Requirements
- Experience with roofs/gutters/ladders & working at heights
- Own vehicle, smartphone, and basic tools (ladders, hoses, PPE)
- Valid driver’s licence; reliable attendance and communication
- WCB/WorkSafeBC coverage (or willingness to obtain)
- Liability insurance preferred (or plan to obtain)
- GST number (or register within 30 days of start)
We’ll provide product/SOP training for our methods and safety expectations.
Compensation
$200–$300/day during trial; increases with independence & quality. Revenue-share (30–40%) available once running jobs solo.
Schedule & Area
Weekdays with occasional weekends. Victoria, Saanich, Langford, Sidney; occasional farther jobs.
Contract Terms
You invoice us per job/day. Subcontractor agreement, safety compliance, and photo documentation required.
